TRADE-IN PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Trade-In Program is available for U.S. end-user customers who purchase a new eligible product/model (includes AutoProPAD G2, AutoProPAD G2 Turbo and AutoProPAD subscriptions) during the promotion period from an authorized AutoProPAD participating distributor. In general, trade-in forms must be submitted before December 31, 2021. End-user customers must submit a trade-in request online at: https://www.autopropad.com/tradeinoffer. End-user customer must submit contact information, purchase information (purchased from, purchase date), eligible product serial numbers, and eligible product/model. End-user customers may print the submission form and mail it, along with supporting documentation to: Lock Labs Inc., 5275 S, Arville Street Suite 328, Las Vegas, NV 89118. Unless otherwise stated, AutoProPAD remanufactured devices and demonstration devices are not eligible. See below for additional terms and conditions.

          

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

 The AutoProPAD Trade-In Program (the Program) offered by Lock Labs Inc. (LL) provides payments to authorized distributors’ customers (the Customer(s)who have purchased an authorized product. This Rebate is only valid for AutoProPAD G2, AutoProPAD G2 Turbo and AutoProPAD subscription purchases after August 22, 2021 and before December13, 2021, and is subject to the terms and conditions contained herein.Customers who purchase an AutoProPAD G2, AutoProPAD G2 Turbo, or an AutoProPAD subscription during the Program period qualify for a payment when a qualifying trade-in machine is accepted by Lock Labs. The payment amount is determined by the unit purchased and the unit accepted as a trade-in as outlined below. Customers must submit proof of payment from their distributor to receive the payment. ELIGIBILITY:

To be eligible to participate in the Program, Customers must purchase one (1) qualifying product during the eligible period. In order to qualify for the payment, purchases must be made from an authorized distributor of a new product. The proof of purchase must be in the same name as submitted on the form submitted. Authorized distributors, their employees, and agents may not participate in this program.Each serial number can only be used once for this promotion. New machine must be activated before processing the payment.        

PROCESS:

After making an eligible purchase, the Customer may elect to “trade-in” a qualifying unit and receive a payment in exchange for the unit.  The Customer will submit a form online or by mail that collects the necessary information to process the trade-in unit and payment for the trade-in unit.  Once this form is submitted, the Customer will receive instructions via email or mail on how to send in the trade-in unit.  After the Customer sends in the unit and it is received by LL, the unit will be evaluated and an amount will be determined.  Once the amount is determined the payment will be processed and mailed to the Customer.

FORM SUBMITION:

Upon purchase of an AutoProPAD G2, AutoProPAD G2 Turbo or AutoProPAD subscription, the Customer may submit the Trade-In Program form. Customers may not submit forms directly to any authorized distributor. The form and any required additional documentation, including purchase information, product serial numbers and product model must be filled out completely and accurately and must be submitted electronically to LL via the online portal or by mail. Customers are advised to obtain and retain a copy of the form and any accompanying documentation submitted to LL under this Program. LL will not be responsible for lost documentation pertaining to a submitted form. This Program only applies to products purchased and installed on or after August 22, 2021 and before December13, 2021. Details of this Program, including rebate levels and qualifying products, are subject to change or cancellation without prior notice. The application, with required documentation, must be received by December 31, 2021. Only one form is allowed for each qualifying measure purchased. Payment amounts are valid through December 31, 2021 but are subject to change without notice.

 

SENDING TRADE-IN UNIT:

The customer will receive instructions to send in the trade-in unit after submitting the form online or by mail.  The customer is responsible for shipping expenses to Lock Labs.  Units must be sent to Lock Labs Inc., 5275 S Arville Street, Las Vegas, NV 89118.  Lock Labs is not responsible for any lost packages or units and/or components lost or damaged in transit.  Units must be mailed by December 31, 2021.  Any units received by Lock Labs will not be returned for any reason.

AMOUNT OF PAYMENT:

For Customers purchasing an AutoProPAD G2 Turbo, the payment will be $500 if an AutoProPAD FULL is accepted as a trade-in unit, $400 if an AutoProPAD LITE is accepted as a trade-in unit, and $200if an AutoProPAD BASIC is accepted as a trade-in unit.  For Customers purchasing an AutoProPAD G2, the payment will be $250 if an AutoProPAD FULL is accepted as a trade-in unit, $200 if an AutoProPAD LITE is accepted as a trade-in unit, and $100if an AutoProPAD BASIC is accepted as a trade-in unit.  For Customers purchasing an AutoProPAD Subscription, the payment will be $400 if an AutoProPAD FULL is accepted as a trade-in unit, $400 if an AutoProPAD LITE is accepted as a trade-in unit, and $200if an AutoProPAD BASIC is accepted as a trade-in unit.  After receiving the unit, LL will evaluate the trade-in unit and may adjust the amount of the payment based on the condition of the unit received.

EVALUATION OF TRADE-IN UNIT:

 To receive the full payment offered, the Customer must send in a complete and working unit.  After receiving the unit, LL will inspect the unit and may adjust the amount of the payment based on the following conditions: (1) a non-working unit will result in a reduction of the payment by $75, (2) a unit missing a critical component (carrying case, VCI for the LITE, EEPROM adapters, or KC100) will result in a reduction of the payment by $50, and (3) a unit missing accessories (adapters and cables) will result in a reduction of the payment by $25. Reduction in payment will only be one time for each condition, regardless of multiple missing components.  The maximum reduction for any unit will be $150 (for a non-working unit missing everything but the tablet.)  The decision of the LL staff is final.  The units will not be shipped back once LL has received and processed the unit for any reason.

TAX LIABILITY: 

LL will not be responsible for any tax liability that may be imposed on the Customer as a result of the payment. Please contact your tax adviser for more information.

NO ENDORSEMENT: 

LL does not endorse any particular distributor in promoting this Program.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY HEREIN AND TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CUSTOMER AGREES THAT REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ASSERTED (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO BREACH OF CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE OR TORT), LOCK LABS INC.’S LIABILITY RESULTING FROM THE PAYMENT TO THE CUSTOMER, OR ANY PARTY ASSERTING CLAIMS ON BEHALF OF OR IN THE NAME OF CUSTOMER, WILL NOT EXCEED COLLECTIVELY AND IN THE AGGREGATE, FOR ALL CLAIMS, LIABILITIES, LOSSES, DAMAGES OR EXPENSES, THE VALUE OF THE PAYMENT RECEIVED BY CUSTOMER. FURTHER, IN NO EVENT WILL LOCK LABS INC. BE LIABLE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE, FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES CONNECTED WITH OR RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE TRADE-IN PROGRAM. LOCK LABS INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO NOT PAY IF THE APPLICATION FORM AND ALL REQUIRED ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ARE NOT COMPLETE AND ACCURATE.

           

CUSTOMER’S CERTIFICATION: 

Customer certifies that he/she has purchased the products/materials listed on the application at the defined location. Customer agrees that all information is true and that he/she has conformed to all Trade-In Program and product requirements listed.
